I’m wanting to move on to more varied setups for Test of Honour so I’m trying to tweak my “Dojo Assault” scenario a little more. My friend was able to come out again and run through another iteration of the scenario, last seen last week.

While I was recapping my Gen Con adventures, I was not idle in my other projects. Things have been boiling under the surface and the time needed to prepare for Gen Con had stalled many other projects out. Now free to roam wild, I have set myself upon these languishing projects and worked them up into something useful.
Today is all about Test of Honour.
I received my new replacement bell for my Test of Honour Temple Bell scenery piece and so I quickly set about fixing it up.
It came with a faux bronzing and while that may be just fine in a color setting, it won’t cut it in my monochrome theme.
With my Dojo complete for Test of Honour, I was able to grab a friend to play a quick run-through of my Dojo Assault scenario.
As I talked about earlier, I first got into Test of Honour through the special expansion collection called the “Dojo Assault.” I also said how it was a missed opportunity to not include a scenario that could accommodate just the the material in that expansion so that others like me that used it as a starting point could get a taste for the game. Not one to sit around and wait for someone else to come up with a solution, I decided to try and make a scenario for it myself.
With the Test of Honour Dojo complete, it was time to work on the other items that came in that kit: the sword ruler and the lanterns.
The lanterns were the more complicated item since I wanted to pimp mine out a little more. I’m on a big “lighted” components kick so time to light these suckers up as well.
I’ve already talked about picking up the Dojo Assault set from Warlord Games’ Test of Honour game. I had a chance this week to put some things together and progress towards getting this game off the ground.
