The image in my head was always this scene of a huddled squad, taking shelter in a destroyed building while the battle rages on around them.  I&#8217;d been thinking about it for months and tried several test shots but could never get it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tried it again this week but was getting nowhere. On a whim, I decided to flip the perspective where I&#8217;d shoot from within the building instead of trying to see the troops from the outside and the image just clicked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"374\" src=\"http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-600x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7659\" srcset=\"http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-600x374.jpg 600w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-198x123.jpg 198w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-400x249.jpg 400w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-768x478.jpg 768w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-900x561.jpg 900w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon-1280x797.jpg 1280w, http:\/\/pimpmyboardgame.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Dropzone_Commander_Marine_Force_Recon.jpg 1830w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>That change in perspective made all the difference and instead of fighting the scene, I was able to compose it all to match more of what was in my head.
